These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of childcarecostfinder.com and the related childcare cost calculator, articles, guides, and tools (collectively, the "Services") operated by Dinnr LLC ("Dinnr," "we," "us," or "our"). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINNR LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

14. Termination
